Why Cruise Ship Spa Jobs Are Life-Changing
Cruise ship spa therapists earn USD 1,800–3,500 per month (approximately ₹1,50,000–₹2,90,000) — with accommodation, meals and travel fully covered. This is 3–5x what most land-based spa roles in India offer.
Who Manages Cruise Ship Spas
Most cruise lines outsource spa operations to two major concessionaires: Steiner Leisure (now Headspace Wellness) and Harding Brothers Wellness. Applying directly through them is the most reliable route.

Contract Structure
Contracts are typically 4–8 months on board, followed by 2 months leave. Most therapists do multiple contracts and save substantial money.
